MLA Geotechnical Sale to Phenna Group
The transaction marks a significant milestone for MLA Geotechnical and further expands Phenna Group’s Infrastructure platform across the Americas. It represents Phenna’s ninth acquisition in 2026 and strengthens its presence in the high-growth southwestern United States.
The FBFK deal team was led by Chris Williams and Michael Walenciak and included Kyle Kertz, Madison Cooper and Dan Baucum.
