Ellsworth Construction Sale to Construction Partners
Dallas, Texas (July 17, 2026) – FBFK Law advised Ellsworth Construction, LLC, a leading Oklahoma-based asphalt manufacturing and infrastructure contractor, in its successful sale to Construction Partners, Inc. (NASDAQ: ROAD), one of the nation’s fastest-growing civil infrastructure companies.
The acquisition expands Construction Partners’ presence in Oklahoma’s rapidly growing Tulsa and Oklahoma City markets while strengthening its position across the Sunbelt. Following the transaction, Ellsworth Construction will continue operating as a branded division of Overland Corporation, Construction Partners’ Oklahoma subsidiary.
The transaction was led by FBFK shareholders Chris Williams and Mackey Culbertson, with key contributions from Ben Halpern, Dan Baucum, Todd Shadle, Wyndham Hubbard, and Madison Cooper.
