IRVINE, Calif. (Jan. 9, 2025) FBFK Law is proud to announce the expansion of its Orange County presence with the addition of five distinguished attorneys, three of whom are former partners of Vogt, Resnick & Sherak, including Barry Resnick, Jeff Resnick and Adam Greely, as well as Jerome Busch and Richard Blumenthal who are Of Counsel.
This strategic expansion includes FBFK’s move to a 23,000-square-foot office space designed to foster collaboration, innovation and client-centered solutions.

He focuses primarily on business, estate, and tax planning, business transactions, and tax controversies. Barry has represented clients before judicial, administrative, and regulatory bodies at the local, state, and federal levels.
With 20 years of legal experience, Jeff Resnick has successfully closed numerous national and international M&A transactions, representing both buy-side and sell-side deals. He also serves as outside corporate counsel for many closely held businesses. Jeff collaborates closely with clients to address legal challenges, structure businesses, and optimize transactions to maximize profit and minimize risk. His client-focused approach ensures tailored solutions that protect interests and drive success.
Adam Greely is a business litigator with more than 30 years of experience representing businesses of all sizes and individuals in commercial litigation. He has extensive experience advocating for financial institutions and creditors in federal, bankruptcy, and state court proceedings. Adam has successfully tried cases in California state and federal courts, prevailed in numerous appeals, and represented clients in arbitrations. He has also served on committees and lectured on creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, and judgment enforcement.
Jerry Busch has more than 40 years of legal experience and focuses his practice on business tax issues involving corporations, partnerships, sole proprietorships, and individuals. He is known as a resourceful advisor on compliance with federal, state, and local tax agency regulations.
With over 46 years in practice, Richard Blumenthal focuses on comprehensive transactional services for businesses and individuals, including the formation of corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies, as well as real estate transactions and contract review and preparation. He also provides detailed estate planning services, drafting wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, trust amendments, powers of attorney, trust administration, and planned gifting.
