FBFK Law is pleased to bring together leading legal experts and business consultants in an exciting discussion for startups in the Silicon Valley area. Through a robust panel discussion, we will address a variety of technical, financial, and complex legal challenges that all startups face and how they can prepare for the future.
Hosted in Silicon Valley on May 29-30, three interactive and informative sessions will provide you access to legal experts in the areas of business formation, litigation, and intellectual property law, as well as guidance on immigration, tax and startup funding. These vibrant and interactive 90-minute panel discussions will be held in San Francisco, San Jose, and Palo Alto, and there will be plenty of time for questions both during the discussion and during planned networking breaks.
FBFK shareholder Paul Braswell will present on Business Formation, shareholder Robert Lord will discuss Intellectual Property, and shareholder Kelly Kubasta will cover Federal Litigation. In addition to our FBFK Law panelists, we will host four special guest speakers who will provide insight and expertise on finding success as a startup. Chris Shenfield, from Shenfield & Associates, will present on State Litigation. Garry Davis, from Davis & Associates, will cover immigration matters related to startups. Seung Yoo, from MOSS Adams, will discuss tax and finance operations. Lewis Hower, JP Giannini, and James Wilson, from Silicon Valley Bank, will discuss early stage funding.
