The ongoing issue of how the City of Dallas should handle whether short-term rentals, like Airbnb and VRBO, should be allowed was voted on yesterday by Dallas City Council. Prior to the vote, FOX4’s Shannon Murray interviewed FBFK Land Use Law Attorney Robert Miklos on the likely outcome and implications of the vote, and offered tips for frustrated neighboring homeowners on how to handle and document noise issues, damage to property and other impacts of rentals.
