FBFK Law Celebrates Three Attorneys Named to 2025 Southern California Super Lawyers List

Irvine, Calif. (Feb. 20, 2025)  FBFK Law proudly announces that three of its distinguished litigators—Todd G. Friedland, John B. Stephens, and George L. Hampton IV—have been recognized on the 2025 Southern California Super Lawyers list. This prestigious honor is awarded to the top 5% of attorneys in each state who have achieved significant peer recognition and professional excellence in their respective fields.

Additionally, Mr. Friedland has earned a coveted spot on both the Top 50: Orange County Super Lawyers 2025 and Top 100: Southern California Super Lawyers 2025 lists, underscoring his reputation as a leader in business litigation.

A seasoned trial attorney with nearly three decades of experience, Todd G. Friedland represents businesses and individuals in complex commercial litigation, handling disputes related to contracts, corporate governance, trade secrets, manufacturing and real estate. A former president of the Orange County Bar Association and Association of Business Trial Lawyers, Mr. Friedland has been consistently recognized by Super Lawyers since 2011. This year, he has also secured spots on the Top 100: Southern California Super Lawyers and Top 50: Orange County Super Lawyers lists. He was admitted to the California Bar in 1996.

With more than 30 years of litigation experience, John B. Stephens has a strong track record in business, corporate, and real estate litigation. His practice focuses on resolving complex commercial disputes for clients across various industries. Recognized as a Super Lawyer since 2016, Stephens was previously named to the Top 50: Orange County Super Lawyers list in 2023. He earned his law degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law and was admitted to practice in 1989.

Hampton IV has built a distinguished career in commercial and real estate litigation, with expertise in unfair competition, trade secrets, and intellectual property disputes. He has successfully recovered millions of dollars for victims of fraud and fiduciary abuse and played a key role in shaping California’s electronic signature laws. Beyond his legal work, Hampton serves as Judge Advocate for the Special Forces Home for Christmas Fund and actively supports community sailing organizations. This marks his fifth recognition as a Super Lawyer. He was admitted to the California Bar in 1989 and the Texas Bar in 1995.
