Welcome Holly Gilani
Gilani brings more than 20 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, trust and fiduciary disputes, international arbitration, and outside general counsel services. She joins FBFK from FBT Gibbons, where she was a partner, and previously served as a partner at Hess-Verdon & Associates.

Gilani has represented clients in California courts and arbitration proceedings administered by leading institutions, including the AAA, ICC, LCIA, and the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague. Her practice includes advising businesses, trustees, corporate officers, executives, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth families in sophisticated disputes and cross-border matters.

A Harvard Law School graduate, Gilani also serves on the Board of the Harvard Law School Women’s Alliance and is a certified Islamic Law Arbitrator with specialized knowledge of Islamic finance.
