Ryan is an experienced commercial litigator. He represents clients in complex disputes and regularly goes against Am Law 100 firms. He understands his clients want to focus on pursuing their business goals, and he takes pride in efficiently working with his clients to develop a deliberate and calculated litigation strategy. He has experience with appeals, business partner disputes, contract disputes, patent litigation, trademark disputes, copyright disputes, trade secret disputes, employment litigation, insurance litigation, products liability, bankruptcy (for creditors and landlords), and more. Ryan is Chair of FBFK’s Mentorship Program and was recently President of the CCBA Young Lawyers Section. He is an avid hockey player and fan.
