Richard is an experienced transactional attorney with experience primarily in commercial real estate, with experience in banking and finance, as well as general corporate and transactional matters. He has experience in leasing, from the tenant and landlord perspective, as well as purchases and sales of real estate, including negotiation in purchase and sale contracts, as well as title review and related matters. Prior to becoming an attorney, Richard was an accountant and passed the exam to become a Certified Public Accountant. Richard also has experience in the leasing of cell towers having worked for Nextel at one time.

Richard has a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Texas, a M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University, and a J.D. from Creighton University.
