Patricia represents clients in complex commercial and business litigation in federal and state courts. Patricia has extensive experience in successfully litigating private wealth disputes and “business divorce” cases, representing clients in corporate dissolution proceedings, partner and shareholder disputes, family-owned business and closely held company conflicts, receiverships, and breach of fiduciary duty cases. Her experience also includes representing beneficiaries and trustees in probate litigation matters. Patricia also represents private equity clients in breach of contract and other shareholder disputes.

Patricia also has significant experience litigating a wide range of cases, including claims for breach of contract, fraud, financial elder abuse, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of fiduciary duties, trade dress infringement, false advertising, unfair competition, and software infringement. Patricia has represented developers and investors in real estate disputes involving leases, development and investment agreements, and joint ventures. Patricia also has represented well-known personalities in high-profile defamation and First Amendment cases.

Patricia has litigated matters before federal and state courts and in various arbitration forums, including AAA, JAMS, and ADR. She served as a Judicial Extern for Chief Judge Thelton E. Henderson of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
