Kenn Webb has practiced business law in the Dallas area for 40 years. He has represented businesses ranging from industry leaders to start-up ventures in many industries, including energy, retail, trucking, technology development, health care products, manufacturing, construction materials, and investment banking. He also advises private equity firms on fund issues, portfolio company acquisitions and dispositions, and general corporate and contracting matters.

Kenn has extensive experience helping clients with capital-raising transactions, including IPOs and other public offerings, private offerings of equity and debt securities, and venture capital investment deals. He has counseled public companies, significant stockholders and large traders on SEC filing requirements, and he is a trusted advisor to public company Boards and executive teams on disclosure, fiduciary duty and corporate governance issues. He also advises foundations and other nonprofit entities in connection with investment transactions.

In addition, Kenn has an active mergers and acquisitions practice. He has represented buyers and sellers in public company acquisitions, including negotiated merger and tender offer transactions, as well as numerous middle-market private deals.

Throughout his career, Kenn has been actively involved in civic and charitable affairs, serving on charitable Boards of Directors or Advisory Boards. In 2017, he was appointed by the Mayor to serve as the first President of the City of Dallas Citizens Homelessness Commission.
