Julia Wisenberg is a litigation attorney at FBFK Law, focusing on complex commercial disputes including antitrust, corporate governance and business fraud, securities, and intellectual property litigation. She has successfully represented individual and corporate clients, including Fortune 100 companies, in industries such as aviation, technology, financial services, construction, education, insurance, and real estate. Ms. Wisenberg also counsels many of her clients on pre-suit matters, internal investigations, and best business practices.

Before joining FBFK, Ms. Wisenberg was a litigation associate at Kelly Hart & Hallman LLP’s Fort Worth office, where she gained valuable experience representing clients in high-stakes litigation. She also served as a law clerk to Judge Lee Ann Reno at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas and a briefing attorney to Chief Justice John M. Bailey of the Texas Eleventh Court of Appeals.
