Joshua T. Le is an associate at FBFK’s Orange County office, where he brings a strategic and results-driven approach to intellectual property, employment, and complex commercial litigation. He advocates for clients in high-stakes disputes involving breach of contract, fiduciary duty claims, fraud, unfair competition, and employment law—including wage and hour violations and workplace discrimination.

Prior to joining FBFK, Joshua honed his litigation skills at LTL Attorneys LLP, where he handled intricate business disputes across a range of industries, with a particular focus on founder disputes over company ownership and control. He also served as a legal intern with the California Attorney General’s Office, contributing to impactful consumer protection and privacy enforcement initiatives.

Joshua earned his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law. While at Berkeley, he served as co-president of the Consumer Advocacy and Protection Society and was a member of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal. His dedication to client advocacy and legal excellence earned him recognition in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for Labor and Employment Litigation in 2023.
