Brian Hogan draws on deep experience with business transactional law and transitional needs, with a focus on complex mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining FBFK as of counsel, he founded Hogan Law Group, PC, providing legal services to corporations in various industries. Drawing on his background in corporate transactions, bankruptcy, and real estate matters gained from his previous employment at two prestigious Chicago law firms, Brian has acted as outside general counsel to several privately held companies and represented corporate sellers in $85 million and $125 million corporate sales. He has also won judgments exceeding $600,000 on behalf of clients on multiple occasions. Brian is a member of the Orange County Council of the Boy Scouts of America and Board of Trustees of the Catholic Charities of Orange County.
