With more than 30 years of legal experience, Jimmy Walker assists clients in both uncontested and contested probate, trust, and guardianship matters. He has served as a court-appointed estate administrator and as an attorney ad litem in heirship and guardianship proceedings. Jimmy is also a seasoned speaker, having presented at numerous seminars and continuing legal education (CLE) programs on a variety of topics related to estate planning and guardianship law.
