Desireé Malone is a litigation attorney at FBFK Law, focusing on complex oil and gas matters, including title and lease disputes, royalty claims, and contamination allegations. She represents clients across Texas in high-stakes litigation related to exploration, production, and other energy sector operations.

Before joining FBFK Law, Desireé gained practical litigation experience clerking at firms in Lincoln, Nebraska, and Fort Worth, and subsequently practiced full-time at a boutique energy law firm. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from UNT Dallas College of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of On the Cusp Law Journal. She also holds a B.A. in International Business & Spanish, magna cum laude, from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Desireé is actively involved in the legal community, serving on the Board of Directors for the Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association and chairing the Environmental Section of the Tarrant County Bar Association. She is also a member of the Eldon B. Mahon Inn of Court.

Outside the office, Desireé volunteers as a youth leader at her church, mentors aspiring law students, and judges debate tournaments throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. She resides in Las Colinas/Irving with her husband, Christopher, and enjoys exploring new cuisines, visiting local coffee shops, and spending time with family.
