Danny’s practice is focused on litigation and real estate matters. Danny litigates cases in both state and federal court. His experience is in commercial, employment, and real estate disputes. Danny also defends clients against Deceptive Trade Practice Act claims. He is regularly engaged in the drafting of initial pleadings, written discovery, taking and defending depositions, motion practice, mediation, and appeals.

Danny’s real estate experience includes the drafting and preparing of documents for the disposition of real property, representing lenders in initiating and conducting foreclosure proceedings, assisting clients in clearing title to property, and reviewing and advising clients on title policies and commercial leases.
