Carson Reihsen’s practice has primarily consisted of commercial contract drafting and company formation and governance, with a focus on private equity offerings and mergers and acquisitions/sales of businesses. Carson takes a personal stake in his clients’ success. He demands of himself that his clients feel they are free to simply run their businesses and leave any anxieties about legalities at his doorstep whenever the need arises.
