Caleb Ferguson assists the firm with commercial litigation matters. Previously a summer associate at FBFK Law, Caleb joined the law firm full-time in 2026 and has experience with both pinpoint research and drafting both court-facing and client-facing memos and documents.

Caleb joins the firm after graduating with a JD/MBA dual-degree from the University of Oklahoma in 2026. There, Caleb actively helped steer the Entrepreneurial Law Center, helping start-ups navigate formation, IP protection, and go-to-market strategies for new entrants in the OKC metro.
