After spending the past two summers with FBFK as a summer associate, Blake Halpern is joining the firm full-time in 2026, assisting with corporate transactional matters. Through his experiences in law school and at FBFK, Blake has developed a deep interest in helping clients navigate complex business issues and find practical solutions to the challenges they face.

Blake earned his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he worked in the Entrepreneurship Clinic and gained hands-on experience helping Oklahoma startups with corporate formation and IP protection. In recognition of this work, Blake received the American Jurisprudence Award for the highest grade in the class.
