Ashley A. Harris focuses her practice on a wide variety of Trust and Estates matters. On the planning side, Ms. Harris handles trust formation and comprehensive estate planning for individuals of all backgrounds and , producing plans that range from the most basic to multifaceted complex structures. Her services include discussing and creating estate plans that fit each client’s needs, depending on the particular goals and priorities of the client, whether those be avoiding probate, transferring and preserving wealth, facilitating family business succession, providing for minor children and other young beneficiaries, and/or minimizing taxes. Ashley has been praised for her ability to connect with clients to communicate and explain complex concepts, ensuring that every client has the information needed to make informed decisions.

Ashley also handles post-death trust and estate administration, including all aspects of probate, basic and complex trust administration, and estate tax return preparation. In order to provide a more comprehensive service to families with multiple generations, her practice also includes structuring family businesses and other joint ownership arrangements to ensure that families are protected now while keeping an eye towards the future.

Ashley lives in San Diego with her husband and two children. In her free time, she can be found volunteering at the school, baking, playing a musical instrument, or shuttling between her kids’ sports activities.
