Amari K. Wilson works on a variety of corporate and intellectual property matters, particularly focusing on trademark law. Prior to joining FBFK Law as a Summer Associate in 2025, she gained critical experience with forming business entities, drafting contracts, and registering federal trademark rights with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Amari is committed to helping clients develop, protect, and defend their brands.
Amari earned her J.D., cum laude, from Texas A&M University School of Law and graduated with a Concentration in Intellectual Property. She also served as the Managing Editor of Volume 13 of the Texas A&M Law Review, where she authored the published article titled “Waterloo Sparkling Water and the Natural Zone of Expansion: How Trademark Rights Can Bubble Over.
