Adam M. Greely is a business litigator with more than 30 years of experience representing businesses of all sizes as well as individuals in commercial litigation. He has extensive experience advocating for financial institutions and creditors in federal, bankruptcy, and state court proceedings. He is experienced in most aspects of real estate disputes and litigation and was outside claims counsel for a large title company for more than ten (10) years. Adam has successfully tried cases in California state and federal courts, prevailed in numerous appeals, and represented clients in arbitrations. He has also served on committees and lectured on creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, and judgment enforcement, and authored articles concerning these areas.
