W. Andrew (Andy) Moore has practiced business transaction law for more than 20 years. Andy’s practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, private debt and/or equity funding, and real estate syndications. He has represented startups to seasoned private businesses spanning a wide range of industries. Andy earned a Masters of Law (LL.M) in Tax, which he draws upon when appropriate to structure deals and enhance value.

For several years outside the practice of law, Andy actively acquired, entitled, and exited small residential land developments. This experience helps Andy sincerely appreciate the risk tolerance and urgency exhibited by successful entrepreneurs, which in turn inspires Andy to work efficiently and be responsive.

In his spare time, Andy stays active with his wife and their six children. They particularly enjoy golfing, water and snow sports, and supporting UCLA athletics. In college, Andy walked-on as a wide receiver for the UCLA football team and played winger for the UCLA rugby team.
