He also has extensive experience working on foreign prosecution matters before the European, Indian, Japanese and Chinese patent offices. Ted has 20 years of patent prosecution experience, including 15 years in technologies related to aerospace, such as composite materials, optics, software, communication systems, electronics and rocketry. He also has in-depth knowledge of prosecuting patent applications for medical devices, including surgical instruments, chest compression devices, software for ECG devices, pharmaceuticals and medical procedures.
