Taylor Nall’s practice focuses on the tax aspects of business transactions from start to finish. In addition, he has represented a diversity of clients relating to tax issues with the Internal Revenue Service. Taylor joined FBFK’s tax law team after working for KPMG in their Mergers and Acquisitions division. He attended University of Richmond for law school followed by Georgetown University Law Center where he obtained his LL.M. in taxation. Taylor also worked for the House Judiciary Committee in 2018 and worked closely with large online retailers to draft legislation to expand retailers’ responsibilities to collect sales taxes on out-of-state purchases.
