Luc Whyte joined FBFK in its Plano office in 2022 as a summer associate and has been gaining valuable experience as a litigator both in and out of the court room ever since. Early in his career, Luc has had the opportunity to provide counsel across numerous practice areas, and always strives to obtain the best possible outcome for his clients.

Luc earned his J.D. from the Southern Methodist University – Dedman School of Law, where he was an avid participant in the school’s moot court programs as well as their Criminal Defense Clinic, where he represented indigent individuals in the Dallas County criminal courts on a provisional law license under Dallas County criminal defense legend Mike McCollum. While in his last year of law school, Luc served as a judicial extern for the esteemed Judge Barbara Lynn of the United States Northern District of Texas, where he gained valuable insight into the federal court system.
