Kristen Stocker


With more than a decade of experience, Kristen Stocker’s practice focuses primarily on various transactional matters, mainly in the software and oil and gas domains. Prior to joining FBFK, Kristen worked for several prominent software and oil and gas companies drafting and negotiating a broad range of agreements, including software licensing and service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, SaaS agreements, consulting agreements, partnership and referral agreements. She also has significant experience in negotiating leases, employment agreements, consultant agreements, supplier and vendor agreements. Additionally, Kristen has assisted clients in numerous financial matters, such as demand letters and settlements, and enjoys assisting her clients navigate both complex and simple matters.

Kristen graduated with a B.A. from University of Pittsburgh, and she received a J.D. from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University.
