Joli Guerra has Texas roots with Deep South legal experience from Louisiana and Mississippi. Having worked in-house and as outside counsel, Joli is an attorney practicing in energy, infrastructure, business, real estate, products liability and construction law. Within these practices, she has a passion for reviewing long contracts on an ongoing basis to ensure compliance and the drafting expertise to settle contract disputes before they come to fruition.

Joli obtained her B.A. from Dallas Baptist University as a double major in Business Communication and English. She received her J.D. from Mississippi College School of Law.
