John Mockler is an experienced intellectual property attorney. He advises and counsels clients regarding their intellectual property issues and provides patent litigation, patent licensing, and patent preparation/prosecution services to help them expand and exploit their intellectual property portfolios. For more than 25 years, John has served clients in a wide variety of technical sectors, including wireless (RF) technology, microprocessor and memory devices, communication networks, medical devices, automotive systems, oil and gas analyzers, video and audio systems, and IR-based fluid analyzers, among others.

John received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Manhattan College, a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Polytechnic College, and a J.D. from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.
