Candice Davis specializes in the areas of transactional law, bankruptcy law, and tax matters. She advises individuals, founders, startups, and small to mid-sized businesses on legal matters such as entity formations, shareholder and partnership matters, joint ventures, contract law, tax law, business acquisitions, mergers and dissolutions, and bankruptcies and restructurings. Candice serves clients in a range of industries including businesses most affected by blockchain technology and the emerging area of smart contracts and digital assets.

Candice thoroughly enjoys representing individuals and businesses with a goal of understanding her clients’ objectives and delivering timely results. Aside from her legal practice, Candice has a love for animals including her four Chihuahuas. She enjoys travelling with her husband, running, swimming, lagree fitness, and investing in blockchain technology and defi projects.

Candice graduated cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School with her Juris Doctor degree in 2009. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in 2004. Candice is licensed to practice law in Texas, Minnesota and Illinois. She was licensed as a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) in the state of Minnesota in 2005.
