Benjamin (Ben) Halpern represents clients in a variety of business-related transactions, including commercial real estate, business enterprises and commercial finance. His clients include start-ups, medium-sized and privately held business, as well as individuals. Ben regularly advises his clients on the structuring and implementation of all types of business matters, including entity selection and formation, corporate compliance, mergers and acquisitions and contract negotiations. Additionally, Ben assists his clients on all aspects of real estate acquisitions, development, operations, like-kind exchanges and lease negotiations. He has extensive experience representing developers of affordable housing projects utilizing low-income housing tax credits. Ben also represents financial institutions and borrowers in the negotiation and preparation of loan documentation on a fully secured and on an unsecured basis.

Ben has been recognized as Outstanding Attorney Under 40 (Cardozo Society), Who’s Who Registry of National Business Leaders (2007) and Who’s Who in American Law Students (1997).
