Prior to joining FBFK, Ryan has spent a majority of his career in the Oil and Gas industry, specifically at EPC companies. During this time, he worked primarily with rotating equipment such as turbines, compressors, and pumps. Projects included LNG plants, oil field development, nuclear waste clean-up, ammonia plants, and ethylene plants. Ryan transitioned into IP law practice in 2017, focusing primarily on foreign and domestic patent prosecution in the fields of electronics, finance, and automotive.
