HOUSTON, December 17, 2018 – Richard Spencer, a shareholder in the firm’s commercial real estate practice group, recently presented at the 12th Annual Advanced Real Estate Strategies Course.
The course, hosted by the Texas Bar CLE of the State Bar of Texas, was held in Fredericksburg on December 13-14th. Presenting on the second day of the conference, Mr. Spencer spoke on the topic of leases as part of a transaction. During the event, Mr. Spencer shared valuable insight on use to the Texas Real Estate Forms Manual in documenting various types of leasing transactions.
Mr. Spencer, based in our Houston office, is a board certified Commercial and Residential Real Estate Law.
