Rachael Smiley Named First-Ever Global President-Elect for The Turnaround Management Association
DALLAS (Oct. 23, 2023) – In announcement this week, the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) announced that FBFK’s Rachael Smiley, Bankruptcy and Restructuring Shareholder/Attorney and Chair of the Litigation Group, will be serving as the organization’s first-ever Global President-Elect beginning Jan. 1, 2024.
Considered the premier professional community dedicated to turnaround management and corporate renewal with more than 10,000 members in 54 chapters worldwide, the TMA provides networking and professional development to enhance the expertise of turnaround professionals.
