Tricia’s practice focuses on a variety of corporate and transactional areas, including mergers and acquisitions, franchises, and business development.
Before joining the firm, Tricia spent fifteen years as a business owner. Combining her experience of entrepreneurship and small business management with her passion of advocating and negotiating for the client, Tricia has a unique appreciation and insight into the challenges many business owners face.
“To most business owners, “business” is not just business. It is a very personal thing. It’s how we provide for our loved ones and in many cases, it is how we find purpose and meaning. Business owners put their heart and soul into creating a company that is not just sustainable, but also impactful. I feel privileged to help our clients achieve those goals.”
Tricia received her J.D. from UNT Dallas College of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2018.
She is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association. She spends her free time with her son, Myer and her dog-son, Moses.
