Beverly has been selected to serve on the Magistrate Judge Merit Selection Panel to consider applicants for the upcoming vacancy in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas – Houston Division. The panel will make recommendations to the District Court Judges for a Federal Magistrate to replace retiring Magistrate Judge Stephen Smith.
