Diana C. Cone
Diana is a former Canadian Trademark Agent and has over 20 years experience in intellectual property law focusing on trademark clearance, filing, prosecution, and enforcement in the United States and abroad.
Diana practiced as a Trademark Agent in Canada with a prestigious intellectual property law firm in Ottawa for over 10 years until she moved to the United States in 1995. She has worked with clients assisting in the procurement and protection of their trademarks in a wide range of industries, including the food, beverage, clothing, retail, hospitality, entertainment, financial services and high-tech industries.
Diana is an active member of the International Trademark Association (“INTA”) on various committees of the INTA, including WIPO harmonization, membership, trademark usage and information services. Diana has also spoken at the INTA Annual Meeting and INTA Administrators Conference.
