Dana Campbell

Dana’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, with emphasis on contract disputes, business torts, corporate governance, and intellectual property issues relating to trademarks, domain names, software and data security.  Dana serves clients in formulating and implementing effective strategies to avoid and resolve a wide variety of commercial disputes, including disputes between manufacturers and customers, sellers and distributors, sellers and consumers, franchisors and franchisees, commercial landlords and tenants, minority partners and controlling partners, investors and developers, property owners and contractors, employers and employees, creditors and debtors, and intellectual property owners and alleged infringers. He has been AV rated by Martindale Hubbell for more than 15 years.

Dana earned his J.D. with Distinction from the University of Arizona, where he was Managing Editor of the Arizona Law Review, and his B.A. with High Distinction also from the University of Arizona, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi. Dana’s ties to the University of Arizona continue today as a member of the Governing Board of the University of Arizona Alumni Association.
