Civil litigation attorney, Bo Wilson

Bo practices civil litigation and represents clients across a broad field of industries. He has extensive experience handling disputes relating to complex commercial transactions, construction law, real estate development, and oil and gas. Bo works closely with his clients to achieve their goals and provides counseling on contract negotiations, corporate regulations, entity formations, collection practices, and resolving business disputes. With a passion for community service, Bo also hosts legal clinics for multiple veterans organizations in the Dallas area, serves as a certified attorney ad litem in the Dallas County Probate and Family Courts, and volunteers with Community Partners of Dallas.

Prior to practicing law, Bo worked for many years as a business consultant and financial auditor.  He has worked with multiple Fortune 500 companies across many different industries including oil and gas, banking and finance, and technology and communications. His broad scope of previous experience gives him a comprehensive understanding of the legal and economic risks that affect today’s corporate and commercial environments.

Bo also served as an Aviator in the United States Army.  He commanded multiple Attack Aviation Companies and is qualified in four different military airframes. Bo holds a Commercial Pilot’s License with over a thousand flight hours.
