Emma counsels clients on various commercial litigation matters. Since joining FBFK as a Summer Associate in 2023, Emma has gained valuable experience as a litigator. She has experience with contract disputes, property disputes, insurance coverage litigation, employment litigation, bankruptcy, and more.

Emma attended law school at Southern Methodist University, where she served on the SMU Law Review Association, was a member of the SMU First Amendment Clinic, was inducted into the honorary society, Phi Delta Phi, and graduated magna cum laude.
