With experience, training, and passion for strategic problem-solving spanning over 43 years, and as a shareholder with the firm, Darrell continues to lead litigation teams in handling complex commercial litigation. Darrell emphasizes creative and sound strategies, attention to detail, and the continued building of skilled and knowledgeable litigation teams in delivering exceptional legal services.

During his career, Darrell has provided legal services to a wide range of clients, including governmental departments, individuals, diverse sizes of corporate entities and partnerships, professional organizations, and educational institutions. Darrell’s work spans various ranges of services directed to dispute resolution, including alternative dispute resolution (ADR), wherein he has also served as a mediator, appointed by judges or agreed to by attorneys; and from pre-litigation investigations, dispute resolutions and remedies, to litigation services including trials, appeals, and post-judgment remedies.

Before entering the practice of law, Darrell had the privilege of serving as a first responder, including as a police officer, an investigator and as a fire fighter. As a first responder, Darrell served in initiating criminal investigations, developing strategies for building prosecutable cases and in leading others in the implementation of the strategies for a range of prosecutions, from murder to organized crimes including the sell and distribution of narcotics. This service was a foundational building process that has served Darrell well in developing experience and skills in analyzing and understanding the motivations that lead persons and entities into criminal entanglements, and in the skill of forming successful strategies for the capture and prosecution of perpetrators of such criminal activities.
